Dick Davidson won the 1974 Bronze Swagman Award for Bush Verse with Last Camp. Also included are his early poems from The Australasian from the late 1930's, A-tryin' to Get a Quid, Saturdee, The Windmill Men (Dick was one), Let's Go, A Tribute, The Navigator's Lament (he was one of them in WW2), A Voice from the Districts, The Ghost of Saltbush Bill, On Rural Electricity, Dingoes and Drongoes and The Ballad of Truthful Ted.
